1.有這么一個事

　　人到了一定的年紀，就會體會到一個特別有趣的現(xiàn)象。想記的事情，記不住。想忘的事情，忘不了。這些許許多多忘不了的事情中，其實多是一些瑣事、雜事。談不上有什么意義，但回味起來也還些許的有趣。

　　閑來無事，翻一件陳年往事和大家聊聊?；秀痹诎司拍昵埃菚r的我經(jīng)?；燠E于一個大型的社區(qū)論壇。今天的杠精體質(zhì)大多就是當年每天敲擊鍵盤鍛煉出來的，畢竟每一個杠精的上輩子都一定是個鍵盤俠。在這個論壇里有無數(shù)的爭辯和抬杠，今天翻出來一個，和大家說上幾句。

　　附近的一個小區(qū)路南是一個正在施工的大型工地。晝夜施工，噪音擾民。幾經(jīng)協(xié)調(diào)之后，施工方給每一戶受到噪音影響的業(yè)主資金賠償，這似乎早已成了市區(qū)施工的定式。小區(qū)里面貼出了通知，業(yè)主本人帶著身份證和房產(chǎn)證去居委會領錢。說不上是好事還是壞事，領了錢沒幾天，社區(qū)論壇里面就炸開鍋了。

　　受到噪音影響的房子有些是出租的，那么究竟誰應得這筆賠償就成了大家爭論的焦點。這些租戶們發(fā)言稱：自然是租戶應得這筆賠償，因為租戶才是噪音污染的直接受害者。我們24小時忍受噪音，所以拿賠償理所應當。其實，很多業(yè)主的確是把這筆賠償給了租戶，或者減免了部分租金。但是也有不同的聲音。一些業(yè)主認為：有這筆賠償，不是因為這房子誰來住。是因為我的房子在這里，這是我的物權(quán)。租戶住不住這里，噪音賠償業(yè)主都可以領。所以，這筆錢應該業(yè)主拿，不是租戶拿。針尖麥芒，理不相讓，社區(qū)論壇，劍拔弩張。

　　其實，這完全不管我的事。但是這筆錢要是被業(yè)主拿了，我就覺得我內(nèi)心世界的小秩序被破壞了。俠之大者，為國為民，俠之小者，天天抬杠。

　　時至今日，這件事也沒有一個所謂的結(jié)論。但是我真心希望大家在留言區(qū)暢所欲言，發(fā)表看法。簡單一句話，U can U BB.

　　2.雅思考試也聊 noise

　　前幾年的一個寫作題，非常值得大家翻看。因為它已經(jīng)很久沒和大家見面了，說不準最近就會如約而至。題目如下：

　　Some people think that the amount of noise people make should be controlled strictly, while others say that people are free to make as much noise as they wish. Discuss both views and give your opinion.20150117

　　題干中的A觀點是人們制造噪音的數(shù)量應該被嚴格控制，而B觀點為人們可以按照自己的意愿想制造多少噪音就制造多少噪音。這道題看起來有些難辦，實則簡單的很。題干中的AB兩觀點非常對立，其本質(zhì)就是討論人們制造多少噪音是不是該被管控。下面一個行文框架供大家參考。

　　其實不僅僅是雅思寫作，在以前的口語考試中noise也是part one里面較為常見的話題。其具體設計的小問題如下：

　　Is the place where you work or study noisy?

　　●Occasionally, where I study/work has some noise especially the noise from the vehicles outside, since our room is next to the street. Therefore, I sometimes can’t concentrate well due to the noise, so the sound that I hate is continuous noise disturbing people a lot.

　　What kind of sound do you like?

　　●Exactly speaking, the sound that I’m fond of is the sound from music which provides me with a sense of being peaceful. I can feel more energetic and enthusiastic to both my life and my study/work after listening to it.

　　Is your home noisy?

　　●Yes, if the neighbors upstairs remodel their apartments, it can really disturb us a lot, but we can do nothing since every home needs remodeling, and we should understand each other. Therefore, tolerance is rather essential to all of us.

　　Do you think the world is noisier and noisier?

　　●I suppose so, and the reason in my point is that there will be more inventions besides planes, vehicles and loudspeakers, and many things can cause noise. Anyway, I hope the future can be less noisy because of some anti-noise inventions if possible.
