一、考試說明
“城市環(huán)境問題”是今年的新題，最近頻頻出現(xiàn)于各大賽區(qū)的考試中?？忌蚩脊俸喪鲎约撼鞘械囊粋€(gè)常見環(huán)境問題后，在第三部分里會圍繞環(huán)境污染和保護(hù)的 方方面面與其展開討論。在“真題演練”部分我以北京的沙塵暴為例，給出了一個(gè)參考性框架。在“話題相關(guān)材料”部分，大家可以看到一位印度作家在報(bào)紙上講述 印度的白色污染，里面有很多詞組和想法很適合口語和寫作。

Plastic Pollution
Walk down any city street or village road, turn any corner, find a spot at the beach or in a park and you will find mounds and mounds of dirty plastic bags, food wrappings, plastic cups, bottles and cartons lie piled high, or blocking drainage systems and sewers. The road outside our house is littered with flimsy multi-coloured plastic bags. The wind blows these bags into the open gutter. The bags collect and block the gutter which then spills on to the road. Mosquitoes thrive in the stagnant water. Pigs and rats wallow in the slime, carrying disease. The place stinks and the air is polluted. The garbage men refuse to clean the gutters… they are only paid to clear the litter off the streets! So the clutter and slime increases every week.
Who is responsible for all this litter and mess and the polluted atmosphere? We are of course! Every one of us. Although each one of us contributes to the problem, none of us is willing to be part of the solution to it. So the Tamil Nadu Government is keen on taking a drastic step to curb the use of plastics and make the roads clean and environmentally safe. The government's desire to introduce a bill that would ban plastic bags and other plastic items is a desperate attempt to control the huge environmental and health hazards that face us today.
Despite my desire to see a clean environment and have a clean road I wonder what will we do without all the plastic things in our lives? The many uses of disposable plastic that we use everyday comes to mind, gloves, pens, cups, bottles, cans — can we really do without these?

2.聽錄音并寫出答案。聽錄音時(shí)，要主動思考，根據(jù)錄音內(nèi)容預(yù)測考點(diǎn)。
第四部分聽力(38-40題)比較難，不是簡單的填詞題。據(jù)我所知，有兩種難度：的第一，填詞。錄音會先把需要填空的單詞拋出來，然后暗示答案需要的是這個(gè)短語，當(dāng)你做出反應(yīng)的時(shí)候，因?yàn)閬聿患坝涗?，就忘記了這個(gè)詞的細(xì)節(jié)。第二，沒有足夠的時(shí)間來閱讀問題。第四部分地方31-37題有足夠的時(shí)間來閱讀問題，但38-40題在閱讀問題之前只有10秒左右時(shí)間，如果碰巧遇到了更多的錄音很長的選擇題(比如A-G七個(gè)選項(xiàng))，那么在閱讀問題之前，就必須先聽錄音，比較糟糕的是，因?yàn)檫@些題中大部分都考察細(xì)節(jié)，而且錄音很長，所以很難記住細(xì)節(jié)。

例文一開始講作者其實(shí)很喜歡和年紀(jì)大的人做朋友，因?yàn)槭芤媪级唷Ｋ麄兩砩嫌性S多讓作者欣賞的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。但是如果要配得上“敬佩”一詞，作者覺得只有其中一個(gè)優(yōu)點(diǎn)是最令人敬佩。
例文第二段開始介紹擁有此優(yōu)點(diǎn)的一位老年朋友。整一段其實(shí)只是講了這個(gè)人擁有好多人羨慕的優(yōu)勢–聰明、成功、工作穩(wěn)定、生活輕松。但這對于作者來說，沒有什么特別，畢竟厲害的人實(shí)在太多。
第三段是這個(gè)演講的高潮，作者得知此朋友即將拋棄本來的優(yōu)勢，一把年紀(jì)去新的城市、新的領(lǐng)域里創(chuàng)業(yè)。用自己的行動詮釋了什么是真正的年輕、真正的人生。
最后一段點(diǎn)題：這位朋友啟發(fā)和感動了作者，因此久久不能忘記對他的敬佩之情。

解決辦法：語音——跟讀;語調(diào)——在自己要的強(qiáng)調(diào)詞上使用揚(yáng)調(diào)。
事實(shí)上針對中國考生們而言，語音語調(diào)都多少都會有些不到位。但若想糾正語音，方法也是相當(dāng)簡單的：

細(xì)心的同學(xué)應(yīng)該發(fā)現(xiàn)了，每冊劍橋書的后面都附有聽力原文。所以第二遍，大家可以把聽力原文通讀一遍，理解這篇對話/獨(dú)白整體在講什么內(nèi)容，把握聽力材料的general idea。
第三步，也是最重要的一步。將聽力原文一句一句播出來，聽一句，復(fù)述一句，盡量模仿原文的語音語調(diào)及連讀；如果一開始覺得復(fù)述有困難的同學(xué)，也可以聽一句，寫一句，將聽到的每句話寫下來，最終做到每句話中的每個(gè)詞都可以一詞不差的聽出來。

其次，“聽說是一家”，聽力材料其實(shí)是非常好的口語素材，通過精聽積累一些口語表達(dá)，也可以提高口語，一舉多得~

總結(jié)題
這種類型的問題可以分為兩種，一種是有選項(xiàng)的，一種是沒有選項(xiàng)的。你能猜出哪個(gè)更容易嗎?答案是沒有選項(xiàng)的要容易一些，由于缺少選項(xiàng)意味著你只能寫文章中的原始單詞，因此不需要很多同義詞替換技術(shù)。找到文章，并抄寫單詞就可以。
對于那些帶有選項(xiàng)，你會發(fā)現(xiàn)題目中會設(shè)置同義替換，也有可能會有一些歸納總結(jié)。
也就是說，將原文中三句話的內(nèi)容壓縮成與標(biāo)題摘要相對應(yīng)的一句話描述，甚至最后選擇的詞也可能是一個(gè)歸納詞，這對大家的理解概括能力和同義詞掌握程度要求較高。此外，這類題型的出題順序有可能是亂序。
標(biāo)題配對題
這類題型就是中文所說的小標(biāo)題或者段落標(biāo)題。這種題型的出題順序是亂序的，假如matching headings是按照順序出題，那么這種問題是做不了的，直接一段對一個(gè)標(biāo)題。
多項(xiàng)選擇題
這實(shí)際上是我們做過的很多題型之一，它包含兩種類型的問題。其中一個(gè)是四選一，通常會出現(xiàn)在第3篇文章中;還有一種是5選2或者多選多，這通常是按順序出題的。
完成句子題
這類題型需要花費(fèi)大量的時(shí)間，考生需要根據(jù)選項(xiàng)仔細(xì)搜索文章中的相關(guān)信息，這也測試了考生篩選和提取信息的能力。題目會給出句子的一部分，沒有給出的部分要求考生在文章中尋找，或者給你選項(xiàng)讓你選一個(gè)。
完成圖表、示意圖題
這類題要求考生完成表格中的信息。在雅思閱讀中，會有很多示意圖和圖表，這些圖表中的內(nèi)容并不多，但是問題的答案都包含在表格中，需要考生自己填寫表格。
